To ensure a smooth onboarding, please execute the following steps prior to the onboarding call:
1. PMS API set-up (follow the steps for the PMS you use)
- SiteLink: Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to set up the SiteLink API. When you’ve completed this step, can you send us the following items:
- “Sitelink Username”
- “Sitelink Code”
- “Sitelink Password”
- storEDGE: Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to set up the storEDGE API.
- SSM: If you utilize SSM, your sales rep will set up a call with our technical team to create a SSM API
2. Davinci API (if you currently use Davinci): Please follow this link to a step-by-step guide on setting up Davinci’s API. When you’ve completed this step, can you send us the following items:
- “Davinci API Key”
- “Davinci Secret Key”
3. Onboarding Questionnaire: Follow this link to an operational questionnaire that will help us configure the system to your operations.
4. Users: Below, you’ll find a link to download an Excel file (“New Users + Brand Standards) to help outline the names/emails/roles for any users that will be in the system.
5. Brand Standards: In the same Excel file for the users, you’ll find a second tab called “Brand Standards” where you’ll identify the Brand Standard Photos to be taken per facility.
