To ensure a smooth onboarding, please execute the following steps prior to the onboarding call:
1. PMS API set-up (follow the steps for the PMS you use)
- SiteLink: Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to set up the SiteLink API. When you’ve completed this step, can you send us the following items:
- “Sitelink Code”
- “Sitelink Password”
- storEDGE: Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to set up the storEDGE API. When you’ve completed this step, can you send us the following item:
- “Company ID”
- SSM: If you utilize SSM, your sales rep will set up a call with our technical team to create a SSM API
2. Davinci API (if you currently use Davinci): Please follow this link to a step-by-step guide on setting up Davinci’s API. When you’ve completed this step, can you send us the following items:
- “Davinci API Key”
- “Davinci Secret Key”
3. Onboarding Questionnaire: Follow this link to an operational questionnaire that will help us configure the system to your operations.
4. Walkthrough Configuration: Below you’ll find a link to download an excel file that will help us configure the order in which units appear in the tool. It’s important as the path someone walks the facility may not align with how the PMS provides the units to us.
- The first column is the order in which units will be displayed in RaFA
- The second column is for you to fill out to align the order of the units in RaFA with the path you walk the facility
5. Users in the system: Below, you’ll find a link to download an excel file to help outline the names/emails/roles for any users that will be in the system.
